Terms of Service analysis
Nobody reads the terms. We do.
Paste any website. ItsFlag finds its Terms of Service, reads every clause, and scores what you're accepting.
Example analysis
orbita.social: These terms are aggressive: they claim broad rights over your data and limit your legal options.
Arbitration & disputes
Forced arbitration & class-action waiver
You waive your right to sue in court or join a class action. Disputes must go through binding individual arbitration.
“You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration and waive any right to a jury trial or class action.”
Illustrative sample, not a live scan.
You have already agreed to the terms of every one of these. That is the point.
What the fine print hides
Every clause is graded, quoted, and explained in plain language.
Your data, resold
Sharing with advertising partners, affiliates, and buyers you never agreed to.
Money that keeps moving
Automatic renewals, silent price changes, and refunds that quietly do not exist.
Rights you sign away
Forced arbitration and class-action waivers that close the courthouse door.
Terms that change on you
Clauses letting the company rewrite the deal without telling you.
Nobody is responsible
Liability caps that leave you carrying the cost when things break.
The document nobody finishes
Eleven thousand words. Ninety seconds of attention.
A Terms of Service runs longer than a novella and is written to be skimmed past. The clauses that cost you the most are never the ones near the top.
How it works
Paste a website
A domain is enough. ItsFlag locates the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy itself.
Every clause read
The full document is parsed and each clause is checked against known patterns of harm.
One score, with receipts
A 0 to 100 toxicity score, plus each red flag quoted from the source text.
You already agreed. You just never read it.
English and Arabic
Written for readers of both scripts.
Findings, summaries, and scores are produced in English or Arabic, with full right to left layout. Not a translation layer bolted on afterwards.

Questions
Is this legal advice?
No. ItsFlag is an analysis tool, not a law firm. It tells you what a document says and how unusual its clauses are. It does not tell you what to do about it.
Where does the score come from?
Each clause is checked against known patterns of consumer harm — data resale, forced arbitration, unilateral changes, liability caps — and weighted by severity into a single 0 to 100 figure. Every point is traceable to a quoted clause.
What if the document cannot be found automatically?
Paste the exact URL of the policy, or the full text itself. Discovery is a convenience, not a requirement.
Do you store the documents you read?
Scans are stored against your account so you can reopen them, compare them, and share a score card. You can delete your account and its scans at any time from your profile.
Does Arabic get the same analysis as English?
Yes. Findings and summaries are produced in the language you pick, with full right-to-left layout, from the same analysis of the same source text.
